Do you remember your early twenties, when you dreamed of a brighter future and all of the things you would be doing with your life. And maybe life happened to you while you were making other plans. Your dreams were put on hold.
You may have even forgot to dream and started focusing on what the current reality is. Sometimes it is hard to remember to dream a brighter future when you are caught up in the muck and mire of day-to-day survival. Stuff like, “am I going to be able to pay the mortgage”, “gotta get the car fixed”, “the awning over the patio is falling apart” or other such stuff. So how do we start to dream again?
Time to put on your dreaming cap. Get those dream juices flowing again. What were you dreaming about in your twenties? What are your inner desires? What do you want to see now that you have been waiting for, something you put on hold. Is it traveling? Getting that boat, building a business, spending more time with family. Ask yourself, “What is important to me”? Maybe you have always wanted to learn an instrument, paint, make movies, write a book or take time to go fishing.
Now, set your goals, carve out some time and make it a priority to get back on course. You are always becoming something. Set your intention now to create something better in your life. Let the dreams begin and let yourself be inspired into the right action to get the desired results. You can do it.
I’ve found a way to find freedom, the freedom to move into my dreams. Am I am doing it. I invite you to get started on your dreams.
